總監督綜覧 – 第十期

主理主教德亞瑟博士繼去年為五旬節聖潔會永光小學大禮堂主持揭幕禮之後，再次為香港的牧者按立禮遠道而來，不但展現我們是國際五旬節聖潔會一分子的主內情誼，今次還是德亞瑟博士卸任主理主教前為香港教牧同工所主持的按牧禮，因而別具意義。

三位牧者的按立述志都真摯感人，從中讓我們看到教會定有光輝的前景。至於泰北宣教事工，與肯尼亞和新加坡的華人宣教事工，在林藝環牧師強勢領導下都有可喜的成果，令人歡喜雀躍。

至於本期刊載的幾篇證道講章，不但講者陣容強勁，內容更神學情理兼備，伍牧師對雙重預定論的駁論尤其精彩，大家務必仔細閱讀。

願大家在這個仍然炎熱的秋天，一起以火熱的心研讀聖言，參與聖工，以喜樂的心與神同行，經歷從神而來的福氣。阿們。

Presiding Bishop Dr. Doug Beacham, following his previous visit to officiate the inauguration ceremony of The PHC Wing Kwon g Junior School, once again travelled from afar to conduct the Ordination Service in Hong Kong. His presence not only reflects the spiritual fellowship we share as part of the International Pent ecostal Holiness Church. This occasion also holds a spec ial significance as it marks Dr. Beacham’s final Ordination Service in Hong Kong before stepping down from his role as Presiding Bishop.

The testimonies shared by the three newly ordained ministers were heartfelt and moving, offering a glimpse into the bright future of the church. As for the mission work in Northern Thailand, as well as the Chin ese mission efforts in Kenya and Singapore, all have yielded encouraging results under the dynamic leadership of Rev. Jerix Lam – bringing great joy and excitement.

This issue also features several powerful sermons, delivered by a strong lineup of speakers. The content is rich in both theological depth and emotional resonance. In particular, Rev. Donavan Ng’s rebuttal of double predestination is exceptionally insightful and well-argued—highly recommended for careful reading.

May we, in this still-warm autumn season, study the Word with fervent hearts, engage in God’s work with joy, and walk with Him daily to experience the blessings that come from above. Amen.
